Qualifications can be academic, vocational or skills-related.

To obtain a Qualification you must pass a Government Recognised Accredited Training Course

This will confer status as a recognized practitioner of a profession or activity

CPD courses have value, as an addition to Qualifications

 Unfortunately its too easy for anyone to set up a 'Training Centre or Academy' without any teaching

 qualification or

 inspection from an awarding body

Many 'awarding bodies' themselves have set their business up awarding qualifications without any oversite

by a governing body, checking standards

Take time to consider where you train, its your time and money

There are some brilliant trainers who offer further training, once you have established your basic qualifications

Unregulated courses might give you some further experience but should not form the basis of your training and may not meet new legislation
